What Payment Plan Options Do We Offer?

Hi, I’m Jocelyn, one of the patient concierges here at Delight Dental Spa in Mascot, Sydney.

A few weeks ago, I spoke with one of our patients, Andrea from Botany. She was considering a smile makeover and asked if we are offering any payment plan options that could work for her. This is a very common question we get. So, I thought I’d make a video to discuss with you what I shared with her.

Here at Delight Dental Spa, we want to make sure every patient gets to have their more desired treatment. That’s why we’ve put some convenient options in place to help reduce the pressure on your wallet.

If you have a health fund, we can directly claim from them on your behalf, reducing the out-of-pocket expense you’ll need to cover on the day. The amount you’ll get back, of course, is based on your specific cover level and provider.

For less extensive treatments or purchases up to $2000, we provide the option of Afterpay or Smile Now from DentiCare. This is simply dividing the purchase into four payments over six weeks, interest free. So this is very simple and straightforward.

When it comes to more major treatments such as orthodontic care, we understand these can span several months or even up to two years. To make it easy, we’ve set up a system where you make a deposit upfront and pay the balance as you progress through your treatment journey. This balance is broken down into equal monthly installments spread over the treatment duration. So, for a 12-month treatment, you might pay a deposit of, let’s say, two and a half thousand upfront, with the rest divided into convenient monthly payments.

Now, let’s talk about intermediate treatments, like a smile makeover or veneers, more intricate general dentistry procedures, root canals, crowns, and so on. For these, we typically suggest payment plans through providers such as DentiCare, Smile Right, or Humm. Smile Right, in particular, provides extended payment options via personal loans, allowing you to distribute the cost over a few months or even years, depending on your situation and approval.

Finally, to give you more financial options, we are also collaborating with a superannuation company, My SuperCare. They will be able to help you apply for compassionate early release of your super to pay for procedures that enhance your quality of life.

Our main goal is to streamline this process and make it as convenient for you as possible, so you can focus on what matters most – your dental health and comfort.
